Councilmember Jose Huizar has declared Saturday, August 26, 2006 as Community Clean Up Day. You are asked to volunteer to beautify and keep Eagle Rock Neighborhoods clean. Work will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The starting location is Eagle Rock City Hall at 2035 Colorado Boulevard.

There will also be a bulky item drop-off site located at 5058 Meridian Avenue at the corner of Avenue 51 and Meridian. There is a limit of 2 bulky items.
